STEPS TO FOLLOW
1. Open Notepad on Your System and Paste the Below Code inside.

2. Now save the Notepad file with the Name speak.vbs on your Desktop, It will Appear like this on Your Desktop.

3. Now Double Click on Speak Icon Located on your Desktop to Open, A Box will Appear, Type whatever you want your Computer to Speak to you.
